Scenic Design Support – The Moors

I contributed to the scenic construction and stage safety for The Moors in a black box theater setting. This included assisting in the reconfiguration of modular platforms to establish the performance space, ensuring a cohesive and functional stage layout. I also helped install luan plywood flooring over the platforms, drilling and securing the material to create a uniform playing surface. This process eliminated uneven edges (“lips”) between platforms, significantly improving actor safety and allowing for smoother movement throughout the performance. Through this work, I supported both the visual consistency of the set and the practical needs of the production.
